Coverage at a Glance

All pre-tax programs are administered through Rippling. Enrollees will receive a flex benefits card to access funds; however, participants can also submit a claim through Rippling for reimbursement.

Eligible employees can enroll in the Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts during their initial new-hire enrollment period or at the annual open enrollment. Elections in these benefits cannot be modified without a Qualified Life Event.

Elections into the Pre-Tax Commuter/Parking benefit and Health Savings Account can occur at any time.

2025 Tax Advantaged Account Options

Healthcare FSA

Eligible participants not enrolled in one of our Consumer Plans are able to set aside up to $3,300/year of pre-tax income to cover eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses. This includes copays, prescriptions, and certain over-the-counter items. The funds must be used within the plan year, and contributions reduce your taxable income, providing potential tax savings.

Dependent Care FSA

Set aside up to $5,000/year of pre-tax income to pay for eligible expenses related to childcare or adult dependent care. This includes daycare, after-school programs, and in-home care, helping you save money while balancing work and caregiving responsibilities. Funds must be used within the plan year.

Health Savings Accounts

HSAs offer flexibility, portability, and can be used to save for future healthcare costs, including retirement. Up to $4,300 (single) or $8,550 (family) in contributions are tax-deductible. Funds grow tax-free and withdrawals are tax-free for eligible medical expenses. Best of all, unused funds rollover annually.

Pre-Tax Commuter and Parking

The 2025 limit for pre-tax transit and parking contributions is $325. You are permitted to enroll in this benefit at any time throughout the year and monthly contributions can be modified during the plan year.
